Synapse Neural Puzzle
A logic puzzle for iPhone
Connect every pair of matching nodes, and fill every square on the board while you do it. That's the whole rule. The difficulty comes from the fact that both halves have to be true at once: a path that joins the right two nodes but leaves a hole isn't a solution.
There are 2,500 levels across four worlds, and each world changes what the board itself can do.
The four worlds
- Classic — a flat grid. Paths go where you'd expect.
- Warp — the board has no edges. Leave one side and you come back in on the other.
- Portal — paths leap from one part of the board to another.
- Bridge — two paths are allowed to cross in a single cell.
What it costs
The game is free and ads pay for it. There are optional purchases and an optional subscription, and neither one gates a level: all 2,500 are open to everyone from the start. No energy, no lives, no timers, nothing that stops you playing until tomorrow.
It works fully offline. Every level is in the app, so a tunnel or a plane is as good a place to play as anywhere else.
Colour-blind mode
There's a colour-blind mode that puts a number on every colour-coded element in the game, so nothing depends on telling two hues apart. It's in Settings, and it can be switched on at any point without losing progress.
Your progress stays on your phone
There's no account and no sign-in. Levels solved, Neurons, purchases, and settings are all stored on the device. That means nothing to sign up for, and it also means deleting the app deletes the save. Our privacy policy sets out what is and isn't collected.
